Property Manager /Business Office Manager – Real Estate Company

Clear Morning Group (CMG) is a fast-growing Austin based Real Estate Company founded here in 2016 that is involved in acquisition and management of properties that the company acquires. Present portfolio of properties is a mix of Office, Retail, RV parks, larger tracts of land and single-family homes. We take pride in our properties and believe in a long-term investment in our properties. We have grown rapidly since inception almost doubling our size every few years and working on bringing all services related to Acquisition and Property Management under one umbrella.

Job Description:

Property Manager/Business Office Manager at the company is responsible for managing operations which includes overseeing personnel. Guide other team members with marketing, leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, contracted services, capital improvements, administration, reporting, and legal compliance.

Must be organized, creative, problem solver, team player, multi-task effortlessly and has an outstanding

personality.

Experience:

• Property Management and running a Real Estate office for over 3 years.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and managing a team.

• Knowledge of construction, remodel to evaluate vendors when assembling a team for a project

• Experience in Accounting – budgeting, reporting assets & liability, tracking income & expenses.

• Experience working in high paced environment tracking all the moving parts.

• Experience in using Buildium, Microsoft Suite and Windows proficiency, Anti-Virus, Phone forwarding, Google Drive and Timekeeping software.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Supervises, trains and establishes standards for staff helping with property management and Office.

• Overseeing vendors for capital improvements, scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs

• Training and being the go-to person for all things Accounting

• Coordinating and planning for move-in, move-out, make ready and keeping properties leased.

• Creating process, systems and procedures for the team, tasks that are performed regularly.

• Point person for escalations, compliance and unexpected events that arise.

• Compensation range $55,000 to $70,000. Compensation not a limiting factor for the right candidate.
